Miscellaneous

I enjoy making event graphics, moodboards, emojis, drawing inventories and much more! If your idea doesn't quite fit my usual sort of commissions, you are always welcome to submit a commission through the "Other Requests" tag.Because of the fluidity of this option, there are no predictable prices but estimates are available! Please email me at [email protected] with any questions or estimate requests.

Chibis

30 USD per character20 USD background
30 USD design fee

All prices are the base fee: more complex outfits, armor, weapons, props, animals, alternate versions and other additions to the piece are priced on an individual basis based on the references provided. All prices are listed without including sales tax, which is automatically calculated on your invoice.

What is a design fee?
Creating the look of your character takes additional time that I do not account for with my base fee! This can be several additional hours of sketching, communicating with the client about details, gathering my own references, etc.
If you would like to avoid paying the design fee, please gather detailed references of your character in their entirety (outfit, hair, skin and eye color, etc) prior to submitting your request.

Section I — General

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission without reason or explanation.

  • The artist does not create art to be fed into an AI or other such image synthesizer. Any clients found to be doing so will be blacklisted from future commissions and their private usage rights will be revoked.

  • Inappropriate/aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, the artist may stop or cancel the commission and a refund cannot be guarenteed.

  • Poor communication may also be grounds for stopping the commission.

  • The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the above terms.

Section II — Payment/Prices

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at the discretion of the artist.

  • Full payment takes place immediately after the artist accepts the commission.

  • Payments must be made on the platform of the artist’s choice (Paypal).

  • Invoices are required to be paid in full after 10 days of sending them.

  • Individual payment plans may be made after the 300 USD threshold, but only at the artist's approval.

  • A group commission must be paid for by 1 (one) person in order to avoid complications and miscommunications.

  • If the commission is needed by a specific deadline that is communicated to the artist in advance, the artist may apply a fee at their discretion.

  • Final prices stated by the artist are non-negotiable.

Section III — Process/Deadline/Communication

  • The client must provide clear and concise references/descriptions of their character(s) in order to avoid confusion or be subject to a design fee.

  • Any written text or communication must be in English.

  • Quotes may be provided at the client’s request. They do not represent the final price. They are only an estimate at the time of sending and can be changed at any point in the future at the artist’s discretion.

  • Clients may request changes during the sketching process. Changes applied after this check in may require an extra fee based on the nature or complexity of the change.

  • Final commission piece will be sent through email or the platform of the client’s choice in order to receive the full quality image.

  • The artist only accepts communication about commissions/business inquiries through email. Please refrain from messaging the artist through other platforms, such as Discord, Twitter, etc. Should you message the artist on these platforms for updates, inquiries or other questions: you will not get a response.

  • Removing any artist watermarks is a violation of these terms.

  • The artist retains the right to crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use.

  • The artist does not claim any rights to any intellectual property or the character(s).

  • Adopts purchased may not be used for hate speech, racist propaganda, sexist propaganda, etc.

  • No refunds are provided for adopts. They are final sale.

  • Payment plans may be available for higher priced adopts, if communicated with the artist in advance.

  • All terms of service above continue to apply to the adopt.

  • Adopts may not be used for any copying, tracing, etc.

  • Small edits to the adopt may be allowed if communicated with the artist in advance.
